Kaivi Experience - Ring Workshop

I’ve been dreaming up a way to share my love of metalsmithing more directly with others—and it’s finally happening! I’m now offering a one-on-one ring making workshop in my home studio here in Hazel Park! This class is designed for total beginners and curious creatives who want to dip their hands into the world of metal, fire, and creativity.

 To start, I’ll be opening these sessions only to friends, family, and close acquaintances—since it’s in my home and I want to ease into this new offering with folks I already know and trust. If it goes well (and I really hope it does), I plan to look into renting space so I can open this up to a wider circle in the future. 💫

Join me in my cozy home studio for a hands-on, beginner-friendly class where you’ll learn to make your very own sterling silver stacking ring from scratch. In this one-on-one session, I’ll guide you through basic metalsmithing techniques including sawing, soldering, filing, hammer texturing, and polishing. You’ll leave with a finished ring that fits you perfectly—and a glimpse into the magic of handmade jewelry.

Workshops will be offered to a maximum of 2 people per class. Perfect for a date night, girls day hang, birthday celebration, or an individual looking to dive deeper into their creativity!
